Bleeding While Leading Restoration Clinic & Book Release
About this Event
Bleeding While Leading Restoration Clinic & Book Release
Leadership often requires strength, resilience, and the ability to carry responsibility; but what happens when the person everyone depends on is carrying invisible wounds?
Join Dr. Teneshia T. Winder for the Bleeding While Leading Restoration Clinic & Book Release, a powerful 2-hour trauma-informed experience designed to help leaders, caregivers, helping professionals, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, educators, and anyone who has learned to be strong for everyone else better understand the connection between their story, their nervous system, and their leadership.
This interactive Restoration Clinic introduces the Bleeding While Leading Framework, exploring how hidden wounds, chronic stress, and survival patterns can influence the way we lead, serve, connect, and care for ourselves. Through trauma-informed principles, practical reflection, and restorative strategies, you'll gain greater self-awareness, build resilience, and discover practical tools to lead with greater authenticity, purpose, and wholeness.
This event is educational and interactive, providing a safe environment for learning, reflection, and personal growth. It is not therapy, nor will participants be asked to disclose personal experiences. Instead, you'll leave with practical insights you can immediately apply to your leadership, relationships, and overall well-being.
We'll also celebrate the official release of the Bleeding While Leading book and companion journal, giving attendees an opportunity to connect with the author and learn how these resources can support continued growth beyond the event.
