Turning 22 this August, Australian filmmaker Alice Maio Mackay (T BLOCKERS, THE SERPENT'S SKIN) has already completed seven feature films, multiple of which have played the festival circuit as well as attained distribution through venues like Shudder.

BLEEDING EDGE is excited to sit down with Mackay for an in-person chat to discuss all things indie filmmaking, be it crowdfunding, new tech, community, or just getting your work seen in a crowded marketplace of "content".

MacKay recently wrapped her seventh feature film, OUR EFFED UP WORLD, executive produced by Jane Schoenbrun, will have its world premiere this June at the Frameline Festival in San Franciso.
