For one evening only, the wines of Bledsoe Wine Estates take center stage. Chef Paul Wahlberg and Chef de Cuisine Sean Fitzgerald welcome Drew Bledsoe, founder of Doubleback Winery, for an exclusive five-course dinner built around Bledsoe's finest pours.
Drew Bledsoe will be in attendance to showcase the wines crafted by our acclaimed winemaker, Josh McDaniels. With just 100 seats available, this exclusive experience will take place on Wednesday, October 21st at 6 PM. Tickets are $200 per guest, tax included. Reservations are limited, and this event will sell out quickly.
