Ribbon Cutting for the Blanco Library Seed Exchange
Saturday, October 3rd, 11 am - 12 pm
This event brings our community together in celebration of Blanco County’s first free seed library! Made possible by the Blanco Woman’s Club, this new, free resource is being curated by local organizations to help preserve and propagate native & adapted seeds.
The official Ribbon Cutting is a great time to meet the founding curators and explore the seeds they’ve donated, share seeds from your own landscape, get to know your plant-loving neighbors, and discover how this repurposed library card catalog can bring new life to our local ecosystems.
