After last year’s triumphant return, Blackheath Fireworks is back, bigger and better than ever before with more space, more entertainment, more food and more rides to wow the thousands expecting to flock to Blackheath Common.
South East London’s biggest Bonfire Night celebration kicks off at 5pm, with 40,000 Londoners expected to enjoy a jaw-dropping fireworks display and a huge host of festivities that run all the way through until 10pm. In the Big Top music fans can dance the night away as UK Garage stars DJ Luck & MC Neat and club legend Brandon Block get behind the 1s and 2s. One of the stand-out highlights of 2025’s Blackheath Fireworks, the hugely popular Massaoke is back as are the Lords of Lightning with their insane electrical arc spectacular, while laughs will be coming thick and fast thanks to some of the country’s hottest comedians lining up at the Big Belly Comedy Club.
Outside under the crisp November night sky, brightly illuminated fairground rides will stretch as far as the eye can see, small rides perfect for kids and young families sitting alongside those bigger, daredevil spectaculars thrill-seekers of all ages are drawn to. This year’s Street Food Village boasts even more local food vendors and an increased number of bars around the festival site, meaning queues for drinks, mulled wine and hot chocolate will be at an absolute minimum.
