Starting May 23rd and every 3rd Saturday of the month, we’re taking over The Cove Sauna and Cold Plunge for a night dedicated to rest, relaxation, and real vibes.

This is your space to unwind, reset, and just be

No pressure. No expectations. Just good energy.

For $15, you get full access to:

• Infrared therapy to melt the stress away

• Saunas to detox and decompress

• Cold plunge if you’re feeling bold 👀
