About the Kai Jeremiah Foundation

Founded in memory of Kai Jeremiah Stewart, who was born prematurely and passed away due to complications, the Kai Jeremiah Foundation is dedicated to improving the well-being and outcomes of preterm infants. Their mission includes:

• Family Support: Providing emotional support, counseling, and resources to families navigating the NICU journey.
  
• Education & Awareness: Raising awareness about preterm birth and empowering parents with knowledge.
  
• Care Packages: Distributing comfort kits with essential items to help parents during hospital stays.

• Meal Assistance: Delivering meals to families in the NICU to ease the burden of daily needs.
