Black Specialty Coffee and Bites

Black Specialty Coffee and Bites is an immersive single-origin black coffee tasting led by After Coffee, the local roaster known for precise sourcing and terroir-focused roasting. Guests will be guided through the coffee’s origin, processing, and natural flavor expression. All pours are served black to preserve purity and highlight nuance. No sugar or cream. Pure terroir.

After the coffee progression, guests will enjoy a food tasting created by Executive Chef Andres Padilla, a chef recognized by the Michelin Guide and honored by the James Beard Foundation. His refined and bold culinary approach creates pairings that elevate the natural character of each coffee.
