Join us at MoonRoot for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own jar of Black Protection Salt while learning the meaning and intention behind each ingredient.
Black Protection Salt is used in folk-magic and modern witchcraft practices to support protection, grounding, cleansing, and energetic boundaries. It may be placed near doorways and windows, added to spell jars or charm bags, kept on an altar, or used while setting protective intentions for yourself and your space.
During the workshop, we’ll explore what Black Protection Salt is, how it can be used, and the spiritual symbolism connected with ingredients such as salt, activated charcoal, ash, and herbs.
You’ll then create a personalized blend using the ingredients that feel most aligned with your intention. There is no single “correct” recipe; the energy and purpose you bring to your mixture are part of what makes it your own.
