Welcome to Thriving Through Perimenopause & Menopause!

Join us for a safe, empowering, and educational gathering designed for Black mothers in the Ajax–Durham region. Together, we will break the silence around perimenopause and menopause, explore the unique experiences of Black women during this transition, and separate myths from facts.

This 60–75 minute session will include:

• Honest conversations about symptoms and stages
• Discussion of the cultural and social realities that shape our journey
• Tools for thriving—lifestyle, medical, and community supports
• Local and online resources for ongoing care and connection

Through reflection, storytelling, and sisterhood, we will affirm that this stage of life is not an ending, but a transition into new power, wisdom, and possibility.
