Black Moms Wellness Walk Meet Up

Movement is medicine. Did you know that a 10-minute brisk walk can boost your mood as much as a 45-minute workout? We’re walking to lower cortisol, release "feel-good" endorphins, and break the cycle of overthinking.

We'll start by mingling at the vibrant farmers market at 10:30pm AM, giving us a chance to chat and meet fellow walkers. Then, at 11 AM sharp, we'll kick off our walk from the playground.

Our plan is to complete 2 laps around the park (approximately 3.5 miles), but remember, there's absolutely no pressure – feel free to do whatever feels comfortable for you. This is all about getting those steps in, enjoying the outdoors, and meeting people with similar interests in a relaxed atmosphere.
