A modern soul music maverick, D'Angelo was the voice behind chart-toppers like "Lady" and "Untitled (How Does It Feel?)", as well as a genius musical innovator and an influence on countless musicians across generations and continents. His only three studio albums -- Brown Sugar, Voodoo, and Black Messiah -- each rank firmly among the most significant releases of the last thirty years.
Led by bassist Evan Teece, this band is sure to bring the funk -- honouring D'Angelo with energetic arrangements of hits and cult classics alike.
