About this Event

Black Men’s Healing Circle: Standing Tall: The Confidence to Take Up Space

Your roots are strong, because you were built to thrive.

Many men have learned how to survive.

To push through challenges.
To carry responsibilities.
To show up for everyone else.
To keep going, even when they’re exhausted.

But surviving and thriving are not the same thing.

At some point, many men begin to realize they have spent so much time meeting expectations, minimizing their needs, or carrying the weight of others that they’ve lost touch with their own voice, confidence, and sense of self.

This month’s Black Men’s Healing Circle is an invitation to reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve to be seen, heard, and valued.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Self-confidence and self-trust
• The difference between surviving and thriving
• Taking up space without guilt or apology
• Authenticity and personal growth
• Building a life that feels aligned and meaningful

Through guided reflection, meditation, journaling, and meaningful conversation, participants will have the opportunity to connect with themselves and with other men in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, personal growth, relationships, leadership, or simply seeking community, this space was created with you in mind.

You deserve more than survival.

This Experience is For You If:
  • You’re ready to grow, but unsure what that looks like
  • You’ve been carrying a lot and are seeking clarity and direction
  • You want space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself
  • You value brotherhood, community, and real conversation

What You’ll Experience:
  • Guided reflection and journaling
  • Real, grounded conversation with other Black men
  • Tools to support personal growth and emotional awareness
  • A safe, intentional space where you don’t have to perform

This is More Than a Conversation

This is a space to:

  • Cultivate clarity
  • Build intention
  • Grow into the man you know you’re becoming

No pressure to share.
No expectations.
Just presence.
