Our hope is that this event will help you to envision your future, explore your goals, and create a vision board that will set a powerful vision for the future and help you to manifest your dreams, while prioritizing your mental health.

• Learn how to turn your dreams into actionable goals and align your vision with clear, achievable steps toward success.
• Create goals to prioritize self-care, manage stress, and cultivate a mindset of wellness.
• Break free from limitations and imagine a future that is as extraordinary as your potential.

Refreshments will be served

Vision Board Creation: Most supplies will be provided (scissors, glue, boards, frames for boards, markers, etc.), and you’re welcome to bring personal photos, magazines, quotes, stickers, laptop for an electronic Vision Board, or additional materials that resonate with your goals.

Vision Board Workshop: Faciliators will lead participants through an exploration of personal values and goals, and assist in the development and creation of your unique vision board.

Inspiring Conversations: Connect with like-minded individuals and elevating in 2025.
