Black Men Breathe: A safe space for Black men to breathe, stretch, release, and reset.

This groundbreaking gathering will create a safe and affirming space for Black males aged 13 and above to engage in yoga, meditation, and communal healing. So often, Black men are discouraged from prioritizing self-care or expressing vulnerability. Black Men Breathe challenges that narrative by combining mindfulness practices with brotherhood, showing participants that healing is not just possible but powerful.
