Black Maternal Health Week Doula-Led Hike - Santa Fernando Valley

In celebration of Black Maternal Health Week, we will be hosting a pregnancy and pelvic-floor friendly workout and hike led by Dr. Alden Zeno, OB & Urogynecologist, and Doula Kylie Sharfner.

This hike will be pregnancy and postpartum friendly. Mothers at any stage of their motherhood journey are welcome to join. The whole family is welcome! We will start with a short pelvic floor friendly warm-up before the walk led by Dr. Zeno.

Please enter from the Balboa street entrance in between Victory and Burbank. Follow the road to the right and enter the first parking lot on the left, our group will be meeting at the two double benches left of the playground area when facing the lake.

The trail for this hike is low-impact and suitable for stroller use.

Meeting spot details will be shared closer to the event.

Snacks and waters will be provided for families.

Participating in this event serves as confirmation that you have been cleared by your healthcare provider to attend and participate.
