The Black Lives Rising Dance Film Festival's Live Program features dance films from all around the world. Featured artists include dancers from Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre New Chamber Ballet and Amy Seiwert Dance. This year's festival highlight is the NYC premiere of Canadian dance documentary "Shades" which explores colourism within the Black community.
