Join us for this journey of honoring the past, embracing the present, and creating space for growth!
We know that every month is Black History Month, but this year we'll be honoring Black History Month with an explorative four-class yoga series.
Class 1: ROOT – Yin 2/2
Class 2: RISE – Vinyasa 2/9
Class 3: RELEASE – Vinyasa + Yin 2/16
Class 4: RENEW – Yin 2/23
ALL-LEVELS.
Suitable for beginners.
TEMPERATURE: Room heated to 70°
A water bottle is recommended.
Plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class.
CANCELATION POLICY:
At least 4 hours notice is required for cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be applied to cancelations outside the 4-hour window.
