Come visit us at our Black History Month Family Day Celebration! This event will feature music, food, vendors to browse through, and activities for kids that celebrate the history and culture of the Black Diaspora.
This event is organized by the Coquitlam Heritage Society and will be taking place at the Maillardville Community Centre.

Would you like to be a vendor at our event?
We invite all Black-owned businesses and non-profits to apply to be a vendor at our Black History Month Celebration.
We have had the privilege of running our Black History Month Celebration for many years now, and we value being able to provide a space for people to share their culture, wares, and stories. This call is open to all individuals, businesses, and non-profits who want an opportunity to promote and share their culture this Black History Month.
The museum will provide:
16ft table (please specifically request if you need more)
- Access to electricity
- Access to community centre wifi
- Access to a kitchen and washroom space
