Vendor Registration Deadline November 3, 2025Fee $40-$50
Vendors participating in this event will be offering a variety of products. Registered early to guarantee your spot!
Early registration is $40/w a donated item for our raffle. Register by October 13, 2025.
Later registration after October 13th is $50/w donated item for our raffle. Last day to register is November 3, 2025.
*Fee includes 8’ tables w/ 2 chairs
*Electricity not included. Vendor can bring small generator.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR VENDOR FEE.
Vendor Requirements…
*Promote event to your own customers
*Payment must be submitted with registration
*Vendors must be fully setup 1 hour prior to start time.
*Only sell merchandise for the business indicated on registration.
*Vendors cannot breakdown before 3:00pm
*Vendors are required to come self sufficient
*No pets allowed
*Black Hawk Elementary School/Boosters/Affiliates are not responsible nor liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property or injury incurred during the event.
Registration holds your spot for the event. Within 5 days of registration please provide business name, contact information, details and description of products sold, along with a photo. Please email this information to [email protected]. On subject line please put Craft Fair. Afterwards, we will confirm your registration once your documentation has been received, reviewed and approved. Payment will be in the form of Zelle and Venmo.
