Join us for a stunning circular walk around the famous Bath Skyline, offering some of the best panoramic views across the historic city of Bath and the surrounding countryside.

This beautiful route combines peaceful woodland trails, rolling farmland, open meadows, and elevated viewpoints, making it one of the most scenic walks in the area. Along the way, we’ll enjoy a mix of nature, fresh air, and sweeping views across the city’s iconic Georgian architecture and surrounding hills.

Terrain: The walk is very varied and includes roads, surfaced paths, steep hills and rocky uneven sections.

What to Wear & Bring:

• Supportive walking footwear
• Weather-appropriate layers (woodland areas can feel cooler)
• Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (if warm weather)
• 1.5–2 litres of water
• Packed lunch and snacks

Toilets: Toilets available at the beginning and end of the walk.

Transport : This is a circular walk. Starting and ending at the railway station.

Parking: Paid parking is available opposite the meeting point.

This event will be led by a BGH trained walk leader. Please note that the leader does not hold a Mountain Leader qualification, and participation is therefore at your own discretion and risk.
