NEW DATE!! SAME BLACK GIRL SPEAKS CELEBRATION!!!It's tiiiiiiiiiime!!
Almost twenty years ago, I performed the first Black Girl Speaks show at Amen-Ra's Bookstore and Gallery in Tallahassee, Fl.
So much of my life has changed since that first iteration. I've performed in countless cities on multiple stages, and I've manifested the life of my dreams in many ways.
I've never done the exact same show twice because it's always reflected the evolution of me. Now, it's time to share the "Grown Woman Edition" with the world!
Please mark your calendars and help me share this news broadly as we prepare to celebrate two decades of the Black Girl Speaks Movement, because it's always been more than a show.
The actual anniversary date is November 12th. I'm asking that each of you share the upcoming image on your socials on that date. (I'll share that image soon.)
