Black Girl Renew is our sacred return to the earth and to ourselves.

Join Black Women In Nature on Saturday April 4th from 10 am - 12 pm as we awaken into spring season, gathering inside the beautiful plant oasis, Cole's Plants, to remember what our ancestors always knew: caring for nature is caring for self. We will also have light bites and herbal tea available. Bring a yoga mat + journal. Limited mats will be available for use.

Through guided meditation, gentle embodied movement, reflective dialogue, and hands-on plant care education, we will honor the cycles that shape us. The dormancy. The becoming. The breaking open. The bloom.

This is not just a wellness event.
It is a remembering.

A remembering that our bodies are nature.
That renewal is our birthright.
That sisterhood is sacred medicine.
