Join Black Women In Nature on Saturday June 6th from 10 am - 12 pm as we ground in community at Highbanks Metro Park as we embark on a collective journey of release and renewal.

Our time together will include mindfulness, grounding breathwork, a guided hike and reflective dialogue. Whether you're seeking to recharge, reflect, or simply breathe, this gathering is a sacred space to grow, heal, and connect - just as you are.
