Black Friday Poetry Reprieve: Poets on Pearl

Bring a Poem Home for the Holidays! BAFS performance poets will read classic poems that many Americans recognize to inspire more art over commerce. Opportunities will be available to write a poem or collaborate with our instructors, as well as perform a classic poem yrself to the walking crowd. Well-known poems that will be recognized by the crowd are preferred. This will be a family-friendly apolitical event (popular classics only, no individual work), please respect these parameters. We will be located at 1200 Pearl Street outside the Beat Book Shop on the Mall.
