Join us in the taproom for our annual Holiday Market, featuring some of our favorite local makers, artists, and crafters popping up with one-of-a-kind, handcrafted goods.This year’s Black Friday also marks the third annual release of our barrel-aged collaboration with Castle & Key Distillery: the return of Black Castle. Aged to perfection in Castle & Key barrels and wax-dipped by hand, these bottles are the crown jewels of our cellar:
Black Castle: A velvety smooth Imperial Stout fermented using Kveik Voss and aged in Castle & Key bourbon barrels.
Turtle Black Castle: An Imperial Stout aged in Castle & Key wheat whiskey barrels then layered with cacao nibs and caramel before resting on toasted pecans.
Coconut Macadamia Black Castle: An Imperial stout aged in Castle & Key wheated whiskey barrels and conditioned with coconut, macadamia nuts, and vanilla beans.
Quantities are extremely limited, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
