Glow with the flow! šJoin Maria, for a 75 minute glow class that will create a little heat and a lot of fun.
Participants are encouraged to wear light, bright and neon colors which will glow in the blacklights featured in the studio.
To enhance your glow, glow sticks, glow in the dark temporary tattoos and neon paint will be provided!
This will be moderate flow with upbeat music, bright colors and a whole lot of positivity. Come join me and get your glow on- inside and out!
