This gentle, accessible practice guides the mind and body into a meditative state where deep rest is invited. Time & Punctuality: Doors open at 6:45 PM. The sound journey begins promptly at 7:00 PM. To ensure a tranquil environment for everyone, please plan to arrive early to comfortably settle in and maintain a shared sense of calm.
