Black Ferns v France

Come together this Labour Weekend as the Black Ferns take on France at Semenoff Stadium!
Bring your whānau, wear your black jersey, wave your flags and help us fill the stands with the pride and passion of Northland. We know how much rugby means to our region - and this is a chance to celebrate and support the incredible women who represent Aotearoa on the world stage.
The last time these two teams faced one another was in the bronze final of the 2025 Rugby World Cup, and now they go head-to-head again right here in Whangārei.
Experience the speed, skill, courage and powerful joy of women’s rugby live. Dig out your poi, bring your whānau and get behind the Black Ferns as we show them the heart of Te Tai Tokerau.
Enjoy a family-friendly afternoon with a 3.05pm kick off, live music, flags for fans who arrive early, temporary tattoo stations and so much more - including a post-match signing session (weather permitting).
Kids tickets are just $5 until 6 September 2026.
Let’s fill the stands, raise our voices and show the Black Ferns the incredible support of Northland.
