Black Business Mentorship & Networking Tour | Winnipeg Quantitative Survey

Synergy Executive & Boards is excited to have you join us in this collaborative discussion and networking opprotunity to engage Black Businesses in the National Quantitative Survey for the Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (BEKH). We will provide an informational, thought provoking, and engaging session. Entrepreneurs will:

• Discover the exciting work of BEKH and stay up-to-date on the latest progress reports and updates!
• Network and connect with an incredible range of talented Black entrepreneurs.
• Have opportunities to Mentor or receive Mentorship in our speed mentorship sessions
• Have a chance to win prizes by completing the quantitative study live
• Raise awareness of opportunities to participate in the co-creation of community-based research relevant to the Black entrepreneurial community.
• Share problems, challenges, ideas & solutions for the Canadian Black entrepreneurship ecosystems

Black entrepreneurs, businesses, stakeholders, and other community organizations across  British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Territories.

About the Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub: The Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (BEKH) is a national network of research centers involved in community-based research with a mandate to improve the lived experiences of the Black community. In December 2021, Carleton University and its community engagement partner Dream Legacy Foundation were officially established as the lead partners to the Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub. Their mission is to be the national hub for Black entrepreneurship research, data, and insights in Canada by orchestrating structured, community-led research collaborations anchored in regional hubs composed of stakeholders whose voices and participation are critical to the work they are doing. The research will be interdisciplinary and intersectional and will address the local and regional needs of Black entrepreneurs, community members and organizations across Canada. The outcomes will be shared in English and French.
