ARRIVE 11:30 TO WARM UP. DO NOT DISTURB THE CLASS BEING HELD, STAY OUTSIDE UNTIL THEY ARE DISMISSED.Black belt apps, paperwork, money and pictures are due on the 1st of the month prior to test. NO EXCEPTIONS, you've had months/years to prepare and save.
Due to Master Hebard NO later than 1st of month prior to test:
1.The application
2. 1st degrees, $340 check written to Kim's Taekwondo, $390 for 2nd degree or $440 for 3rd degree
3. pictures: 2: 2cm x 2cm and 2: 6cm x 6cm are needed. You can go to www.oddprints.com and upload a head shot and put in the two sizes one at a time and download it then have it printed anywhere.
4. One page essay for 1st degree, 2 page essay for 2nd degree written out about your history in taekwondo, like when you started, your tournament history, teaching in class. What you want to do once you achieve your black belt. No triple spaced and 20 font this just makes you look lazy
