🥋 Duncan MMA Belt Promotion Ceremony 🥋
📅 Saturday, September 26
⏰ 10:00 AM – Noon
Join us for one of the most exciting events of the year as we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our students at our Fall Belt Promotion Ceremony!
This promotion day will feature numerous belt advancements, including several major promotions. We are especially excited to announce that Professor Steve Bongiorno of South Jersey BJJ will be traveling down to Duncan MMA to award two Black Belt promotions to Coach Brian Duncan and Shane Vaughn.
In addition, we expect to award multiple BJJ promotions throughout the academy, including several Blue Belts and a Purple Belt.
🥋 All BJJ students are encouraged to attend and participate on the mats.
Please wear your Gi if you plan to join us during the ceremony.
👨👩👧👦 Family members and friends are welcome! We will have plenty of seating available for parents and spectators.
While students who are unable to attend can receive promotions during a later regular class, there is something truly special about being promoted in front of your teammates, coaches, family, and the entire Duncan MMA community. Promotion day is always one of the most memorable and exciting events of the year.

⭐ Special Events Throughout the Weekend ⭐
📅 Friday, September 25
The evening before promotion day, Professor Steve will be teaching special BJJ classes:
👦 Kids BJJ – 5:00 PM
🧑 Adult BJJ – 6:00 PM
We will also be hosting our regularly scheduled wrestling classes with a special guest wrestling instructor.

Following the promotion ceremony, we will be hosting a small celebration at Bays Mountain Brewing Company for anyone who would like to join us.

🤝 Open Invitation
In addition to our own students, we would like to extend an open invitation to all of our friends from neighboring academies and the regional BJJ community to come celebrate with us. We would be honored to share this milestone with you.
We hope to see everyone there as we celebrate the next chapter in the growth of Duncan MMA and recognize the hard work of our students and coaches.
