Applications are open for small businesses to apply for funding through the City of Asheville. CDBG-Disaster Recover (DR) will provide 5 - 75K$ in reimburesement grants, administered by Eagle Market Streets Development Corporation, Mountain Bizworks, and Arts AVL. As a technical assistance or TA provider, YMI has agents on hand for one-with-one time to answer your specific questions and guide you through the application process. Go to this page to scedule time with an agent. Scroll to about mid-page to find YMI. There are also other TA providers, if you cannot find a time with YMI.

We are also hosting two (2) application days for assist Black and BIPOC businesses with navigating the system in a group setting. You can choose one or both days for a group information session.

We encourage everyone to RSVP so we can prepare. Seats are limited to 13 people, each session. Food and beverages will be offered. Computers will be available for use.
