Are you ready to style the stage in Black or White? This is the pageant for you!
Specialty crowns with gorgeous black onyx stones. Specialty trophies with your own photo on them!
All contestants will receive a crown, large photo trophy, custom title sash, an official pageant shirt, themed gifts and more! The bigger the title, the bigger the awards!
This is a commercial pageant and does not intefere with any other state titles, WVAFF/festival/fair titles. This pageant is open to all!

*3 SEPARATE PAGEANTS
Pageant One ~ Under 1 / 1 year / 2 years / 3 years
Registration: 10am * Pageant: 10:30am
Pageant Two ~ 4-5 yrs / 6-7 yrs / 8-9 yrs / 10-12 yrs
Registration: 12:30pm * Pageant: 1:30pm
Pageant Three ~ Teen (13-15 yrs) , Miss (16-19 years) , Ms (20&Up) , Mrs (20&up)
Registration: 3:30pm * Pageant: 4:30pm
COMPETITION EVENTS:
*BEAUTY: All of our contestants will appear on stage in a BLACK OR WHITE or BLACK & WHITE beauty dress/gown of their choice. Glitz/stoned dresses are allowed. May be short, tea length or long.
**Ages 0-6 yrs - If a short pageant dress - white socks and white shoes.
**Ages 7-9 yrs - If wearing a short skirt or tea length dress, you may do white socks/white shoes OR clear or crystal short heels can be worn (no socks or tights - pantyhose optional). If wearing a long skirt, shoes should be clear/stoned or match skirt color.
**Ages 10 & Up - Should be a long style, pageant or prom gown. Pantyhose is optional and shoes should be clear/stoned or match skirt color.
** Small hair pieces, light tanning and makeup allowed on all ages.
**During each BEAUTY Age Division Group Line Up, side awards will be judged and a winner for each optional chosen in each division: *Prettiest Eyes *Prettiest Smile *Most Beautiful *Best Dressed

*COVER GIRL PHOTOGENIC: You may bring 2 photos to registration on the day of the pageant. MUST BE BLACK & WHITE PHOTOS. May be natural or glitz (retouched). NO snapshots and no framed photos. If you don't have both types of pictures, just bring your 2 best BLACK & WHITE photos. Both types of pictures to be awarded in each age division: *Top Model Glitz Cover Girl *Natural Commercial Cover Girl
(Note: This does not mean they are to be dressed in black & white in the photo. It means the photo is to be PRINTED in black & white)

*FUN FASHION WEAR: Each contestant will appear on stage in a BLACK OR WHITE or BLACK & WHITE OUTFIT OF CHOICE.
Can be custom made or off the rack. Hats, capes, tear-aways...all welcome!
You should have your own music. This should be emailed by no later than June 1st (email - [email protected]). The time limit for stage is 70 seconds for every contestant. Pro-am routines are allowed but NO gymnastics.

*CROWNING MOMENT: ALL CONTESTANTS WILL APPEAR ON STAGE FOR CROWNING IN THEIR PAGEANT SHIRTS (will receive at registration) AND THEIR OWN BLACK PANTS, BLACK SKIRT, BLACK CAPRIS OR SHORTS. Shoes are your choice. T-shirt colors are white with shimmery black logo imprint.
**NOTE** THERE WILL BE NO HAIR & MAKE-UP VENDORS ALLOWED IN THE DRESSING ROOM. If this is something you want for your contestant, you are responsible for your own arrangements away from the venue. Be careful before spending out more money for hair & make-up than what you pay for an entry fee! There may only be ONE parent allowed in the dressing room with each contestant.
*PRICING:
EARLY BIRD (enter by May 20th): FULL PACKAGE - $100
AFTER EARLY BIRD (5/21): FULL PACKAGE - $150
SIBLINGS - $25 DISCOUNT PER CHILD ($75 each)
A DEPOSIT OF $50 MAY BE SENT TO HOLD YOUR SPOT FOR THE EARLY BIRD PRICE. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE WITH ALL BALANCES PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 1ST.
