Tweety’s Front Porch presents The 4th annual B.L.A.C (Black Lives Allocating Change) Juneteenth Cook Out. Sponsored by black led nonprofits (Ujima Men’s Collective, Transinclusive Group, BLACC 'Black Leadership AIDS Crisis Coalition' of AHF and New Era PHO Masonic lodge No.69 of Fort Lauderdale).
This free event will include black vendors, food trucks as well as limited sample dishes from Tweety's Front Porch. It'll also showcase a 3 person stand battle. dance off as well as a shuffle dance off and several other contests (bingo, spades, tonk, uno & dominos). The contests will take place before, during and after the food and all the winners will receive a trophy & cash prize.
The sole purpose of the event serves as an open outlet of love for our culture while self-advertising as well as introducing our talents within our community, all while educating the public on the historic significance of Juneteenth
