This workshop is for people 30 and over who are totally new to BJJ and want to learn in a safe and fun environment.
There is no cost to attend; however, we ask that you bring in a non-perishable food donation for the North Branford Food Pantry.
Please wear comfortable gym attire such as sweatpants and a t-shirt and bring a bottle of water.
Space is limited and reservations are required to attend.
