Join us for our annual DAY TRIP (Rain or Shine) to Ocean City to participate in some of the Ocean City Jeep Fest events. This event is open to all members of our group. Feel free to forward the invite to anyone who may have been missed!PLEASE NOTE: We are working with the event coordinator to secure a discount on registration fees for our group. More information will be provided soon!
Package Details:
-KICKER Sand Course: Suitable for both stock and lifted Jeeps (air down upon arrival).
-Admission to Vendor Village- Featuring National and Regional industry leading companies in which they will provide new, state-of-the-art accessories, parts and other Jeep merchandise. This includes admission to the Show & Shine Jeep Show!
-Optional: Entry to the Show & Shine competition to have your Jeep judged.
-Note: We will not arrive early enough to participate in the Saturday Jeep Beach Crawl.
If you prefer not to register and just want to hang out and watch the action, that's cool too! If you don’t want to convoy, feel free to meet us down there.
Event Schedule:
8:00 AM:
Meet at the back of the Safeway parking lot at Bowie Town Center (4101 Northview Dr, Bowie, MD). There is a Panera, Starbucks, and First Watch in this shopping center if you need to caffeinate or eat before hitting the road. We'll have fun on our way down, so be sure to bring a partner along for scavenger hunt activities!
8:30 AM SHARP:
Convoy from Bowie to Ocean City Convention Center. It’s a straight shot down Route 50 and approximately a 2-hour and 45-minute drive. Make sure your rig is fully fueled before hitting the road! We will make a quick bathroom stop along the way. Expect some traffic due to the airshow happening in Ocean City during this time.
12:00 PM:
Arrive at the OC Convention Center (4001 Coastal Hwy, OC, MD) to pick up registration packets. Check out the Vendor Village, vintage Jeep display, show and part specials, and grab some food.
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM:
KICKER Beach Sand Course, Shift #3
Location: North Pier, in front of Somerset Street, downtown Ocean City. The airshow will be happening during this time and will be visible from the sand course.
Note: Engaging 4x4 and airing down to 17 PSI is recommended. Air compressors are available onsite, but bring your own if you have one.
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM:
The Great Jeep Gathering
Location: OC Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway
**GROUP AERIAL PHOTO!** Everyone’s invited, bring all Jeeps for the biggest Jeep photoshoot around!
Those who want to grab dinner or convoy back together, feel free to coordinate.
