📚 About BIZ VERSE - Focus on Rounds 2 and 3
Building on the foundations established in Round 1, Bank Asia presents BIZ VERSE 2024 powered by Shang High intensifies the competition in Rounds 2 and 3. These stages are designed to test participants' problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and presentation skills in high-pressure situations.

💡 Workshop 2:
This workshop will guide participants on effective
conflict resolution techniques and strategies to optimize team dynamics, crucial for succeeding in Round 2.

🤝 Round 2: Deep Dive Discussion (Offline)
- Structure: Participants will be grouped (5-8 members) and tasked with discussing and resolving a real-life business problem within a 15-minute timeframe.
- Objective: This round focuses on evaluating conflict resolution skills and teamwork dynamics. Each participant's contribution to the group discussion will be closely monitored by a facilitator.
- Outcome: The best performers from each group will be selected to advance to the final round, where they will present their solutions with clarity and precision.

💡 Workshop 3:
This session will focus on techniques to craft compelling pitches, effective use of slides, and best practices for delivering powerful presentations in Round 3.

📊 Round 3: The Ultimate Pitch-off (Grand Finale)
- Structure: Participants will receive a new business idea and have 3-4 hours to prepare a detailed pitch accompanied by slide presentations.
- Objective: This round tests participants on their ability to think on their feet, their creativity in presenting ideas, and their effectiveness in communicating with potential stakeholders.
- Evaluation Criteria: Judges will assess the slide quality, presentation skills, and overall communication effectiveness.
These rounds challenge contestants to push their boundaries and showcase their skills in a highly competitive environment.
