Here's some information you need to know about our venue and Cranbourne gardens.

Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne (RBGC) has established specific guidelines to ensure the gardens remain well-maintained for the enjoyment of all visitors. For safety and preservation reasons, drones are not permitted on site. Additionally, items such as artificial petals, confetti, rice, butterflies, and potted plants/soil are not allowed. Balloons are permitted inside our venue (cafe and function room), provided they are transported in large bags to and from the garden entrances. For safety reasons, balloons must not be carried individually within the gardens, as loose pieces can pose a hazard to wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of this beautiful space.

1. Permitted floral list - Flowers not listed in this list or plotted plants/soil will be allowed only inside the cafe or the Tarnuk room.

2.Parking Advice Document - Parking in the accessible drop-off car park (behind the cafe) is also not permitted. This area should only be used for dropping off guests or necessary bulky items for your event.
