Biz & Book Fair Vendor /Author registration

This contract is between the Vendor/Author and Simply Piper's Events.

• The Vendor/Author agrees to pay $ 50+ processing fee to participate in the fair.
• The Vendor/Author agree to have products or services to market, demonstrate, sell, published book to sell on site.
• The Vendor/Author agrees to be able to take payments on site in any form they choose.
• The Vendor/Author agrees that they will have signage with clear pricing for their items.
• The Vendor/Author agrees to help promote the event. By word of mouth, social media, email, text etc. The more everyone invites the better the fair is for everyone.
• You will be allowed to have a space 10 feet x 10 feet square. We recommend a pop-up tent or umbrella for shade. Please have weights for the legs. Simply Piper’s will NOT be providing anything but the allotted space.
• You will need to provide your own tables and chairs. We encourage you to create a unique booth that represents you and your business.
• The private property we will be on is allowing us to set up on their grass yard. There will be a porta potty available.
• There will be no power availability.
• We can begin set-up on Saturday at 8am. Your booth needs to be set-up and ready by 9:45am. Please allow enough time to accomplish your setup.
• Parking – we ask that after you unload your car, you then park in the designated area or across the street at the library lot.
