Back by popular demand—and better than ever—Bitters Making Class returns to Galloway’s Cocktail Bar for a hands-on, flavor-packed class designed to stir your creativity and elevate your home bar.

Step behind the bar and into the storied history of bitters—once sold as apothecary cure-alls and now essential to classic and contemporary cocktails alike. In this intimate evening session, bartender and herbalist Amanda Shoemaker will guide you through the bitters-making process from start to finish.

You’ll dive into a curated spread of aromatics, florals, herbs, spices, and citrus to create two custom bitters blends to take home. Along the way, you’ll learn what separates a good bitter from a truly great one.
