A Downtown Skowhegan Food Tour
11:00am Meet at Main Street Skowhegan's new Base Camp!
(Public parking can be found across the street from 16 Island Ave.)
We’ll begin with a brief introduction to Main Street Skowhegan, sharing what we’ve been working on and our plans to restore the historic fire station. From there, we’ll explore how some of Skowhegan’s historic spaces—including an 1864 bank, the former county jail, and a spinning mill—have been reimagined as vibrant spaces for local culinary entrepreneurs.
Please note that the tour involves walking between locations and operates rain or shine. Guests will walk through downtown Skowhegan, experiencing local food. Comfortable footwear is recommended. Please contact [email protected] with any dietary restrictions or special instructions.
