For ages 18 & up

Invest a little time in learning to make this iconic meal. You and your small team will make several sauces; create a simple,  fresh salad; cook the perfect steak; produce the best French fries ever; and assemble a simple tart for dessert. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of French wine with your meal.

• Carottes Rapees (Grated Carrot Salad)

• Pepper Steak with Cognac Cream Sauce

• Frites (French Fries) 

• Salade Verte (Green Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette) 

• French Apple Tart with Almond Cream

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
