On July 5th, 2026, I’m partnering with Melissa Close Hart at Mockingbird for a hands-in-the-flour biscuit class that feels like the very best kind of summer afternoon.
Melissa will guide us through the technique behind truly flaky, golden, pull-apart biscuits, and I’ll be there hosting and sharing a little culinary history and context.
After the baking, we’ll gather at the table for a thoughtful three-course lunch, paired with wines provided by Eastwood Winery. Because good biscuits deserve a proper pour. 🍷
