Haley from Hobbit Hill Farm will walk you through the art of crafting the perfect biscuit, sharing her tips and techniques for flaky, buttery goodness.
Tyler from Chappy Poff Farm will demonstrate how to turn fresh, locally grown blueberries from Hobbit Hill into a rich and flavorful jam.
Throughout the class, you’ll not only gain hands-on experience but also hear the stories behind these two incredible farms and their commitment to local, sustainable food.
