Birthing Ball Workshop

This workshop will explore the ins and outs of birthing balls – how to use them, when to use them, and why they are worth the investment. While using the birthing balls, we will incorporate beginner-friendly yoga poses and breathing techniques to address the common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy.

If you don’t have a birthing ball, one can be borrowed during the workshop.
