Join our in-person birth class in Traverse City, led by a midwife and childbirth expert, Kristen Shook, LM, RN, CLS, and gain everything you need to approach labor with confidence. This is so much more than your mom’s Lamaze class!

In this four-part class, you’ll learn how to:

- Manage the intensity of contractions with proven coping techniques
- Stay resilient, no matter how your birth unfolds
- Create a personalized birth plan that aligns with your goals
- Equip your partner with hands-on ways to support and feel involved
