That's where childbirth education comes in. I've had over 10 years of experience with pregnancy and birth and have attended over one hundred deliveries. In this 3-hour in-person class you'll get evidence-based childbirth education, plus my top tips and tricks for making your birth the best it can be.

We'll cover essentials like:

• how labor typically progresses, and what to expect
• ways to stay comfortable in birth - with or without an epidural
• common labor interventions, and when they might be suggested
• how to commuincate with hospital staff to make sure you get the best care possible
• things to think about for newborn planning
• and much more!
