Birth Stories Through Art

Come as you are and join a calm, in-person space for families and birth workers to slow down, reflect, and explore birth stories through simple drawing and creative expression.

This is a space for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences in all their forms. Big moments, quiet moments, messy moments, and everything in between. Nothing needs to be polished or explained.

No art experience is needed. We’ll be working with simple materials, paper, pencils, colored pencils, markers, and pens, and letting color, shape, and line hold what words sometimes can’t.

You’re welcome here whether you are processing your own birth, supporting others through birth, or simply curious and wanting to connect.

Create. Reflect. Share if you want to. Or simply be present in the space without saying a word.
