Birth Sisters of Charlottesville invites BIPOC mamas, their partners and/or family members to join us as we honor and remember the babies that we didn't get nearly enough time with. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and on October 24th at 6pm we will hold space for BIPOC mamas, their partners and/or family members to write/create a piece in remembrance, light a candle in memory and/or share memories, laughs, and/or tears. You are also welcome if you just need a space to know you're seen and not alone in this journey. *We will have a licensed clinical therapist on site if you need to step away for a moment during the gathering.This is a free event for BIPOC/ALANA persons.
